Open the app and tap the Profile tab at the bottom. Tap Add Pet, enter your pet's name, breed, and choose an avatar emoji, then tap Save.
How do I add a medication?
From the Reminders tab, tap the + button in the bottom-right corner. The wizard will guide you through selecting a pet, medication name, frequency, dosing times, and start/end dates.
Will my data be saved if I reinstall the app?
If you create an account and sign in, your data is linked to your account and will restore when you sign back in after reinstalling. Without an account, data is stored locally on your device only.
I'm not receiving notifications. What should I do?
Make sure notifications are enabled for Furtone in your iPhone's Settings → Notifications → Furtone. Also check that notifications are turned on inside the app under Profile → Settings. If the issue persists, try removing and re-adding the medication.
How do I mark a dose as done or skip it?
On the Reminders tab, find today's medication event and tap Done or Skip. You can also undo this action if you made a mistake.
How do I delete a pet or medication?
Go to the Profile tab and tap the edit icon on the pet's card. Scroll down and tap Delete Pet — this will also remove all medications and history for that pet. To delete a single medication, long-press it in the history list.
Is Furtone available on Android?
Not yet — Furtone is currently available on iOS only. Android support is on our roadmap. Join the waitlist to be notified when it launches.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. If you run into any issues, email us at support@furtone.app and we'll handle it within 48 hours.
